CLI

Nothing is installed as a package. The shadcn CLI copies each item's source into your project, so you own every file and can change it freely.

Setup

1.Initialise shadcn

Creates components.json, theme tokens in globals.css and lib/utils.ts. Skip if your project already has them.

$ npx shadcn@latest init

2.Install by name

@creative-ui is listed in the shadcn registry directory, so the CLI finds it with no extra config.

$ npx shadcn@latest add @creative-ui/classical-collage-web-design

3.Or install by URL

For older versions of the shadcn CLI that don't recognise the @creative-ui name.

$ npx shadcn@latest add https://ui.krutikraut.com/r/classical-collage-web-design.json

Where files go

Components land in components/. Skills land in .claude/skills/, where Claude Code picks them up automatically. Each item page lists exactly which files it writes.
